This season, we have a wide variety of new products to match the winter taste of cafe latte.
A menu with a cute look and sophisticated flavors based on the theme of "Strawberry Valentine's" will be available at all stores from January 1th!
○Rose and berry frappe (ICED)
A sweet and sour frozen treat made with berries, lychees, and cocoa pulp, topped with a rose-flavored jelly sauce and whipped cream and chocolate reminiscent of flower petals. A gentle sweetness and sourness that will become addictive.

○Nuts and Chocolate Floratte (HOT)
The chocolate-based latte is accented with mountain pepper (margao) for a spicy, adult flavor. It is finished with fluffy nut mousse, caramelized nuts, and high-cocoa chocolate sauce.
Contrary to its appearance, this hot drink has a sophisticated taste and can be enjoyed like a dessert.

○Strawberry Tiramisu
This luxurious dessert combines biscuits with rich espresso sauce, mascarpone and sweet and sour strawberry sauce, and is topped with strawberries to create a perfect marriage with coffee.

○Strawberry salad box
This is the first salad box from Sarutahiko Coffee. In addition to leafy vegetables and quinoa grains, it is topped with prosciutto, strawberries, beets, and tomatoes.
A colorful dish made by combining strawberries with homemade balsamic dressing, bringing together the flavors of vegetables and strawberries.

○Strawberry chocolate brownie
A hearty brownie filled with dried berries and walnuts.
The sweet and sour dried strawberry topping adds an accent.
