Special coffee is here

Price: Beans (100g) / 1,450 yen (tax included)

The Kyoto Gion store will use the newly developed "KYOTO 'til Infinity" for all espresso drinks except for decaf lattes.

This blend is based on beans from Nigusse Gemeda of Ethiopia, which Sarutahiko Coffee has been purchasing through direct trade for many years, and is completed by adding beans from El Diviso of Colombia, which have been chosen twice by baristas who have won world barista championships.

It has a high-quality, multi-layered flavor that blends refined sweetness and fruitiness, like fruits such as peaches and oranges coated in chocolate.

Please enjoy a cup of coffee that can only be experienced in the special place of Kyoto.

Comment from Representative Tokumoto

The space has been designed and constructed to create a sense of flow by placing symbolic seating in the center that is reminiscent of a veranda, giving the feeling that you are enjoying coffee while strolling through a Kyoto garden.

The materials used throughout the space include Kyoto-style wooden lattices, natural stone, and solid wood such as Naguri lumber handcrafted by artisans, creating depth and richness in the space. We have carefully considered how these natural materials will create a sense of calm and will further enhance the authentic coffee.

We hope that this space in Gion, Kyoto, will become a place to foster a new coffee culture.
