Our journey started with a simple desire to create an environment
where we could passionately make coffee every day and share the coffee we love with as many people as possible.
Initially, we began with a small shop focused on brewing coffee. A few years later, we expanded into roasting.
Today, Sarutahiko Coffee has grown to the point where we source our green coffee directly from coffee farms. Our commitment to quality in sourcing, roasting, and brewing is the foundation of our coffee.

June 2011 Established "SARUTAHIKO COFFEE" in Ebisu, Tokyo
March 2013 Started home roasting
April 2014 “Georgia European” series supervised by SARUTAHIKO COFFEE is now on sale
February 2015 The first shop with a roastery, “SARUTAHIKO COFFEE Atelier Sengawa” opens.
August 2017 SARUTAHIKO COFFEE and Tiki Taka ICE Cream shop opens
At the same time, the ice cream brand “TiKi TaKa ICE Cream” was launched.
