Our journey started with a simple desire to create an environment
where we could passionately make coffee every day and share the coffee we love with as many people as possible.
Initially, we began with a small shop focused on brewing coffee. A few years later, we expanded into roasting.
Today, Sarutahiko Coffee has grown to the point where we source our green coffee directly from coffee farms.
