New products will also be available, such as coffee with unique flavors you've never tasted before, and cafe lattes made with custom milk, utilizing the barista's knowledge and experience, which Sarutahiko Coffee unveiled when they won the JBC 2024.

"ESPRESSO" ¥770

The beans served at the time of opening will be Peru Randu Geisha Natural, and the espresso will offer flavors of stone fruit and blood orange.

"CUSTOM CONCENTRATED MILK LATTE" HOT/ICED ¥1100

Sarutahiko Coffee Special Edition is made up of a team of elite baristas who have experience competing in national barista competitions, and they pay meticulous attention to milk steaming and espresso preparation techniques.
Enjoy the smooth texture and flavor that comes from the synergy with milk, which cannot be achieved with espresso alone.

"POUR OVER" HOT/ICED ¥1650-

The light roast coffee available at the opening time will be Panama Elida Falda Geisha Natural, which will be brewed using a hand drip method, allowing you to fully enjoy the flavor of Muscat and floral notes.

"SHAKERATO" ICED only ¥1,100

It is a cold drink made by shaking seasonal espresso with milk and sugar beet, then sprinkling coffee powder on top. Contrary to its cocktail-like appearance, it is a smooth drink with the rich flavor of espresso.

Kurogi Backstage Lunch Box ¥2800 (takeaway)

We have prepared a special backstage bento for Kurogi, a Japanese restaurant located in Shiba-Daimon, Minato-ku. Sarutahiko Coffee strongly sympathizes with the way they bring out the best in the ingredients, and we learn from them every day. This bento is appetizing, with salmon and deep-fried seaweed on top of fluffy steamed white rice. It is available for both in-store and takeaway.

Milk bread made with 4 kinds of butter ¥380

The table rolls from Court Lumiere, located in Asahikawa, Hokkaido, which specializes in ingredients from Hokkaido, are served with four types of butter cream: milk cream made with Hokkaido butter, caramel cream made with homemade caramel, rum currant butter cream made with organic currants soaked in rum and butter, and almond cream made with sugar beet and almonds.
