How to send e-gifts

① Select "Send as e-Gift"

You can use e-gifts by selecting "Send e-gift to someone whose address I don't know" on the product page.

② URL issued upon purchase completion

Select a digital message card and fill it out. Once the purchase is complete, a URL for receiving the e-gift will be issued. You can copy the URL and check the receiving page on the completion screen.

③Send via SNS or email

You can send e-gifts by sharing the e-gift URL via social media such as LINE, Facebook, Instagram, or email.

How to receive e-gifts

①You will receive an e-gift URL

When you tap the URL you received, the receipt screen will be displayed. Tap "Receive e-Gift" to proceed to entering your delivery information.

②Enter the delivery address

Please enter your shipping information.
*The information you enter will not be visible to the sender.

③Receive a gift

The e-gift item will be delivered to the address you entered.

FAQ

Q: Is there an expiration date for the e-gift URL?

A: Yes. The e-gift URL will expire at 5:23, 59 days after the purchase date. After the expiration date, you will not be able to enter any information.

Q: What happens if the e-gift URL expires?

A: The item will be delivered to the purchaser's address. Please hand it over to them directly or use it yourself. Please note that we cannot cancel the product.

Q: When sending products via e-Gift, is it possible to send multiple products to one person at the same time?

A: It is possible to include e-gift compatible products in the same package.

Q: Can I purchase something for myself and something for an e-gift together?

A: They cannot be purchased together. If you are sending them as an e-gift, you will need to send one e-gift URL to each person.

Q: I have lost the URL for receiving my e-gift. What should I do if I want to check it again?

A: When you place an order, you will also receive an email with the subject "Thank you for your Sarutahiko Coffee Online Shop e-Gift order."
The e-gift URL is included in the email, so please check it.

Q: Can I send gifts anonymously or under a nickname?

A: Yes, you can. Please enter a nickname or any other name you like in the sender name field.
The names and addresses of both the recipient and the sender will not be known.
The sender on the shipping slip is Sarutahiko Coffee Online Shop.

Q: How will the e-gift URL be sent?

A: After purchase, you will be able to obtain (copy) the URL on the screen, and you will need to send the URL yourself via LINE, SNS DM, email, etc.
You will also receive an email with the subject "Thank you for purchasing your e-gift," so you will be able to check the URL from this email as well.
Since the dedicated URL will be sent via email, please set up your email settings to accept emails from "onlineshop@sarutahiko.jp" and "info@anygift.jp".
*This service uses the e-gift service AnyGift (operated by AnyReach Co., Ltd.). The domain for the gift-only URL is displayed as "anygift.jp."

Q: Can I check if the recipient has entered their address?

A: Once the recipient has completed entering their address, an email will be sent to the sender.

Q: What should I do if I have deleted the e-gift URL email?

A: Please contact us at onlineshop@sarutahiko.jp.

Q: Can I send it to someone living overseas?

A: Products can only be delivered within Japan.

Q: What should I enter in the shipping address field on the payment screen?

A: Please enter the shipping address in case the e-gift URL expires. Generally, the address of the purchaser is fine.

Q: What payment methods can I use?

A: We accept credit cards, Rakuten Pay, and PayPay. Convenience store payments and bank transfers are not available, so if you choose these methods, we will cancel your order.

Q: Can I use coupons or points?

A: Coupons are now available from April 4st.

Q: Can I have it gift wrapped?

A: Gift sets will be delivered wrapped. If you would like a gift tag, please select your gift tag and then click the "Send as e-gift" button.
Please note that we are unable to provide gift wrapping for individual items.

Q: Can I issue a receipt?

A: You cannot download it from My Page because the recipient's shipping address is hidden. Please contact us at onlineshop@sarutahiko.jp. We will send it to you by email.
