180ml | 27g | 23g | 160 or more blocks of ice (approximately 8g each) |
270ml | 35g | 31g | 200 or more blocks of ice (approximately 10g each) |
- Brewing procedure -

STEP 1 Steaming
Pour the water around the towel without touching it to the paper. (As a guideline, use 1.5 to 2 times the amount of hot water as the powder you are using.)
⏱TIME:~0:30
STEP 2. Drip extraction
Brew slowly and carefully, aiming to bring out the full flavor.
⏱TIME: Deep frying: 0:30~1:30
Light roast: from 0:30 to 1:00
STEP 3. Thin line condition
Add the flour little by little, being careful not to let it sink completely.
⏱TIME: Deep frying: 1:30~2:30
Light roast: from 1:00 to 1:50
STEP 4. Thick line condition
Make sure the powder doesn't sink too much and isn't too submerged in the hot water.
⏱TIME: Deep-fry 2:30~3:20
Light roast 1:50~2:30
The trick at the end is to make sure you don't pour out all the extract from the dripper.
