【how to order】
①Sarutahiko Coffee mobile order LINE
After selecting the pick-up store, select the product and options.
Payment can only be made in advance (credit card, PayPay, ApplePay).
*This is not the LINE account for Sarutahiko Coffee online shop.
*The images below will appear very large on a PC, so we recommend using a smartphone.
② Notification of order completion
After placing your order, we will send you a confirmation message via LINE.
Please check the order number listed there.
Please check the "Pickup Date and Time" section on the cart screen for an estimate of the pick-up date and time.
③ Notification of preparation completion
When drinks and food are ready, you will be notified via LINE.
Please inform the store staff of the order number you received and collect your item.
【FAQ】
- You can earn points on the app.
When ordering, please enter the email address you registered with the app.
Once your order is complete, points will be awarded within approximately 2 weeks.
(*Points are valid for 365 days from the date they are awarded.）
Unfortunately, points cannot be used.
- Unfortunately, app coupons cannot be used when ordering via mobile.
Please use it at the store register.
Coupons exclusive to mobile orders will be distributed via LINE.
- Stamp cards can be provided.
If you would like a stamp card, please tell the staff when you receive your item, "I would like to have a stamp card attached."
