At Sarutahiko Coffee, we support the vision of the "Kaze ni Tatsu Lion Fund," a public interest incorporated foundation established by singer-songwriter Masashi Sada, and are selling the [Charity Project Product] Sadahiko Coffee Café au Lait Base.

For this project, from the perspective of reducing "waste" and food loss, which is a global social issue, we are using "coffee beans that cannot be used in our shops," and are conducting activities to donate a portion of the proceeds to the "Kaze ni Tatsu Lion Fund."

*Regarding "coffee beans that cannot be used in our shops"... these are test batch coffees roasted for demonstration, verification, or testing purposes. After verifying the beans, we re-roast them and immediately extract and package them, ensuring we provide a product that maintains a consistent quality.
