Description
This is a honey (with the fruit pulp removed) anaerobic processed coffee from Erto Coffee in the Sidama region of Ethiopia.
The region where Elora Station is located is a high-altitude, cool-climate terroir within the state of Sidama, producing coffee with a distinctive fruity flavor.
In the honey anaerobic process batch we're introducing today, when the temperature is high, it has a fragrance reminiscent of purple flowers and fruits like violets and grapes, with a sweet aftertaste like honey tea.
As the temperature drops, the impression changes to that of juicy oranges and blackberries.
The complex impression created by the terroir and process is what makes it so appealing; please enjoy it.
