Description

- Tasting Profile

This is a honey-processed Geisha coffee from La Negrita Farm, run by Mauricio, a doctor who uses radiation to treat cancer and has turned to coffee production. La Negrita's humid and cool terroir allows the coffee cherries to ripen slowly. The honey-processed LOT6RH has an appealing floral flavor derived from Geisha. Geisha is also known for its citrus flavor, but this coffee, perhaps due to the process, tastes more like a sweet Valencia orange. Be sure to compare the flavor with that of the natural lot!
