Description

- Tasting Profile

This is a naturally processed Red Geisha coffee from La Negrita Farm, run by Mauricio, a doctor who uses radiation to treat cancer and has turned to coffee production.
La Negrita's humid and cool terroir allows the coffee cherries to ripen slowly.

This time's LOT6R features flavors reminiscent of western liquor such as rum, and tropical fruits such as pineapple and yellow peach.
With a syrup-like texture and Geisha's distinctive floral aroma that becomes more pronounced as it cools, this is a coffee you'll want to savor over time.
