Description

- Tasting Profile

We will introduce the Red Bourbon variety from Las Flores Farm, which is committed to innovative production processes, and coffee fermented using lactic acid bacteria yeast.

The batch name is "Creamy Cultured Brilliance," and its appeal lies in its smooth, creamy texture and bright, fruity flavor.
With every bite, the flavors of fruits such as strawberry, blueberry, melon, mango, and kiwi emerge one after another, and combined with the fermented taste of yogurt, it gives off a lingering fruit yogurt aftertaste.

The appeal of Las Flores' special process coffee is that the flavor is controlled by controlling the fermentation of the coffee, providing an amazing taste experience.

At Las Flores, we adjust the temperature, humidity, sugar content, and pH during fermentation, and use different production processes for each lot, such as oxidation, anaerobic fermentation, and yeast, to enhance the flavor characteristics of each variety.
