Description
A set featuring a medium roast blend and a light roast single-origin coffee!
The store is offering a set featuring "TOKYO 'til Infinity," a medium-roast blend used in their cafe lattes, and a light-roast single-origin coffee.
For single-origin coffees, we'll bring you our top recommendation for the season. This time, it's "Marua AA" from Kenya.
Please enjoy the differences in taste depending on the degree of roasting and whether or not it's a blend!
[Medium roast] TOKYO 'til Infinity 2026
~A refined sweetness and smoothness reminiscent of dried fruit and chocolate~
Sarutahiko Coffee's medium roast blend, "TOKYO 'til Infinity"!
This medium-roast blend, derived from four different types of beans, offers a refined sweetness and smoothness reminiscent of dried fruit, chocolate, and nuts. Enjoy how this cup changes its character with variations in temperature and brewing method.

In addition to the refined sweetness and smoothness you can experience when drinking it dark, adding milk will give you an impression reminiscent of macadamia chocolate.
[Light Roast] Kenya / Marua AA
~Flavors reminiscent of blackberry and blood orange, with a sweet aftertaste of brown sugar~
This lot beautifully showcases the appeal of coffee from the Mount Kenya region, known since the early days of specialty coffee for its excellent terroir (soil and climate) and variety compatibility.
The combination of Nyeri's terroir and the SL varieties (SL28, SL34) results in a flavor reminiscent of blackberries (cassis) and a refreshing juiciness reminiscent of blood oranges. As the temperature cools, a sweetness reminiscent of brown sugar emerges amidst the fruity notes.
This is highly recommended for those looking for a full-bodied, fruity coffee, and it can also be enjoyed as iced coffee. Please give it a try!

About the farm
In Kenya, there are many small-scale producers who do not have their own processing facilities. They bring their harvested cherries to a CWS (coffee washing station: a processing plant) to have them purchased, and the lots are generally distributed under the CWS name.
The lot we are introducing today was processed at Marua CWS in Nyeri.
Nyeri is a region that produces particularly high-quality coffee among the coffee-producing areas around Mount Kenya, and is well-known for its blackberry flavor, juicy body, and robust taste.
