Overview Five years after opening a shop of less than 9 tsubo in Ebisu with the motto "A coffee shop that makes you happy with just one cup", I will publish my first book to convey the "happiness" of specialty coffee to everyone. It's decided.
The theme is not only to drink at the shop, but also to convey the fun of brewing at home.
It is structured as a “10-hour class lecture” on the charm of coffee, which brings happiness by snuggling up to every aspect of life.
The process of brewing coffee, as well as stories about the world surrounding coffee, stories about how to enjoy coffee outside even more, and recipes for coffee made with various ingredients such as milk, chocolate, and fruits. It is the content I thought about.
