Ingredients
・Drip bag: 1 piece
・Brown sugar: 15g (white sugar such as granulated sugar is also OK)
・Powdered gelatin: 1/2 packet (2.5g)
Method
1. Measure out the brown sugar and powdered gelatin and mix them in a heat-resistant container.
② Extract the drip bag. *We recommend extracting 150ml.
③Pour the coffee into a heat-resistant container and mix well to ensure that no coffee remains undissolved.
4. Cover the container with plastic wrap and leave in the refrigerator to harden into jelly.
5. Enjoy with milk or ice cream to your liking.
*If you want a lighter taste, add a little more, if you want a stronger taste, add a little less. Adjust according to your preference.
