Please set up your email settings to receive emails from "onlineshop@sarutahiko.jp" or contact "onlineshop@sarutahiko.jp" to let us know that you would like to change your registered email address.

[About transferring stamp cards]

 When transferring your stamp card, please be sure to follow the steps below.
Please note that if you do not follow the specified procedures, your stamp card will not be transferred.

*To use the stamp function and stamp transfer function, you must update to the latest version of the app.

<Transfer Procedure>
1. On your old device, tap the stamp card banner on the home screen.
② Tap "Click here to transfer your stamp card when changing your device."
③ Follow the on-screen instructions and operate

<Notes on transfer>
- The transfer QR code will always be valid, so if it is printed or distributed to a third party and scanned, it may prevent the transfer from being completed.
- The transfer QR code can only be scanned once, and the second time it is scanned it will be invalid. This is to prevent unauthorized transfers or takeovers.
・If you carry over your data, you will only be able to check your incentives by tracing your previous cards.
・If you have collected stamps on both your new and old devices, the stamp information on your new device will be overwritten with the stamp information on your old device. They will not be added together.
