Brazil / Monte Alegre Geisha Anaerobic with Yeast

The first coffee beans that Sarutahiko Coffee purchased through direct trade were from Brazil.
The excitement and joy I felt when I was able to speak directly with the producers and source coffee beans remains vividly in my memory.

This is a special lot of Geisha variety from Monte Alegre Farm, which boasts a history of over 100 years.
It begins with sweet notes of honey, caramel, and ripe cherries derived from the process, and as the temperature cools, sweet orange notes from the Geisha variety emerge.

Panama / La Esmeralda Aguila Geisha Anaerobic Washed

We have specially prepared a lot of Esmeralda for you.
This is the taste we dreamed of when we first started the business, a taste we longed for, thinking, "Wouldn't it be amazing if we could one day offer coffee like this?"
And after 15 years of development, this is a flavor that only Sarutahiko Coffee can deliver today.

With its complex flavor profile and smooth texture, the sweetness of honey and brown sugar is striking. When the temperature is high, the flavors of brown sugar and blackberry emerge, and as it cools, you can feel the floral and citrus notes.
As the temperature changes, the flavors of the Geisha variety, such as jasmine, honey orange, bergamot, and lemon, emerge in succession, allowing you to enjoy a new flavor with every sip.

We poured our hearts into this, expressing our gratitude to our customers and colleagues who have walked alongside us. This blend gently illuminates the path we've taken so far and the steps we'll take from here onward.

Colombia (honey process) provides the foundation of structure and sweetness, Ethiopia and Costa Rica add bright fruitiness and depth, and the Geisha variety from Panama adds a violet-like floral aroma and a long finish.
