How to use Coffee Pass

STEP 1: Download the official app & register/log in
To use this service,Sarutahiko Coffee Official App is required.
Please install the app and register or log in.
(Please use the same email address and password as you use for your online shop.)

STEP 2: Purchase from the online shop
Please purchase your coffee pass on this page.

STEP 3: Check the "Membership Card" page in the Sarutahiko Coffee official app.
After purchase, your coffee pass will automatically appear on the "Membership Card" page in the app.
The validity period is one month from the date of purchase, and the expiration date will be displayed on this page.
For the subscription version, payment will be automatically processed one month after the purchase date, and your Coffee Pass will be automatically renewed.

STEP 4: Present your coffee pass
Please present your coffee pass at the cash register when paying.
We will apply discounts depending on the time of day and the product.

[About Purchases and the App]
To use this service, you must install the Sarutahiko Coffee official app and register as a member. Please be sure to download the app and log in.
・Coffee passes will only be delivered to the app of the person who purchased them. They cannot be transferred or resold to a third party.
・Only one item can be used per account. Although the system allows for the purchase of multiple items, please note that you cannot use them more than once even if you purchase multiple items.
• You can check the details of your subscription contract on "My Page" in our online shop.

[Regarding the rules of use]
• Installation of the official app and registration as a member are required to use this service.
- Not available for mobile ordering or delivery.
• Points can be used and tumbler discounts can be used together.
This offer can be used in conjunction with coupons distributed through the official app (rank rewards, daily lottery, stamp card rewards, etc.).
Discounts do not apply to refills of coffee.
・Some items are excluded from the discount.
