How to use Coffee Pass

STEP 1: Download the official app and register as a member.
　You will need the Sarutahiko Coffee official app to use this service.

　(Please log in using the same email address and password as you use for the online shop.)

STEP 2: Purchase from the online shop
　Please purchase your coffee pass from this page.

STEP 3: Obtain your coffee pass from the order confirmation email.
After payment is complete, we will send you an order confirmation email.
By clicking the button in the email, you can access a dedicated page where the coffee pass issuance screen will be displayed.
After viewing the coffee pass, please bookmark the page and save it.

• STEP 4: Show this at the store to get a discount!
　Please show the pass screen when placing your order. The discount will be applied immediately.

[Important] How to receive your coffee pass

Your coffee pass and the 5% off food coupon (a continuing benefit) can be obtained from the order confirmation email sent after your monthly automatic payment.
Please be sure to check your order confirmation email.
Once you obtain a pass, you can use it from the "Coupons" page within the app by adding it to your favorites.

If you forgot to add the item to your favorites or can't find the coupon, please try again using the order confirmation email.

[About Purchases and the App]
To use this service, you must install the Sarutahiko Coffee official app and register as a member. Please be sure to download the app and log in.
・Coffee passes will only be delivered to the app of the person who purchased them. They cannot be transferred or resold to a third party.
・Only one item can be used per account. Although the system allows for the purchase of multiple items, please note that you cannot use them more than once even if you purchase multiple items.
• You can check the details of your subscription contract on "My Page" in our online shop.

[Request Regarding Email Address Registration]
・Due to the security settings of each mobile carrier (@docomo.ne.jp, @au.com, @ezweb.ne.jp, @softbank.ne.jp, etc.), there are many cases where automated emails sent from the system are not delivered.
・To ensure the process is completed successfully, we strongly recommend registering with a PC email address such as "Gmail" or "Yahoo! Mail".

[Regarding the application and combination of discounts]
