Description

- Blend Concept

Ordinary days, moments of peace. Whether unexpected happiness strikes you or not, this blend brightens your everyday life and stays by your side.

- Flavor

It features a bright, fragrant aroma reminiscent of jasmine tea, and a rich sweetness like grapes and acacia honey.
As the temperature drops, an elegant lavender-like fragrance spreads, allowing you to enjoy the scent of flowers and the sweetness of fruit.

- Commitment to roasting and blending

By using the "Geisha" variety, which has the highest floral notes among coffees, you can enjoy a gorgeous and elegant aroma reminiscent of jasmine. The "Geisha" variety used this time comes from the Buesaco region of Colombia, a region with which Sarutahiko Coffee has close ties.

Adding color to this blend, which is inspired by a bouquet of flowers, are Ethiopian coffees roasted to different degrees.
A slightly deeper anaerobic process yields notes of red and purple flowers and a rich, grape-like aroma, while a lighter natural process offers notes of yellow and orange flowers and a lingering finish reminiscent of black tea.

The final addition, as an accent, is the honey-pulped natural process Brazil.
The addition of this coffee, with its distinct sweetness, allows the blend to truly blossom, transforming it into a more complex and multi-layered flavor.
