PRODUCT INFO

Description

Drip type decaffeinated coffee that is easy to make by just adding hot water.

This coffee is made from coffee from Sidama, a high-quality producing region in Ethiopia, and has been processed to be decaffeinated.

・About decaffeinated coffee made by water process
The raw beans are first soaked in water to extract the components of the raw beans, including caffeine, and then the raw beans are removed. The liquid from which the raw beans have been extracted is then filtered to remove the caffeine, after which the raw beans are returned to the liquid, and the components other than caffeine are returned to the raw beans.

This is how decaffeinated coffee is made using the water process. Water-processed decaffeinated coffee is said to be very safe because the green beans do not come into direct contact with any chemicals other than water.
The caffeine removal rate is99% or more has been achieved.

Spread the left and right hooks and push the tops inward.
At this time, be careful not to spill the coffee grounds.

③ Hang/push
While widening the hook so that the bag's spout is the largest,
Cover the cup in 3 places.
(Please warm the cup beforehand.)

④ Pour
Pour hot water (approximately 200ml) little by little until the cup is full.
After that, let it soak for 20 seconds and then slowly remove it from the cup.

After extraction, pinch the hook part of the bag, cut off the drippings, and throw it away.
Please use sugar and milk according to your preference.
