Description

Drip type decaffeinated coffee that is easy to make by just adding hot water.

This is a decaffeinated coffee made from Sidamo coffee, an excellent producer in Ethiopia.

・About decaffeinated coffee made by water process
The raw beans are soaked in water to elute the ingredients in the raw beans, including caffeine, and then removed. The liquid from which the components of the green beans have been eluted is filtered to remove the caffeine, then the green beans are returned to the liquid, and the components other than caffeine are returned to the green beans.

This is how to make decaffeinated coffee using the water process. Decaffeinated coffee made using the water process is said to be highly safe because the green beans do not come into direct contact with any chemicals other than water.
The caffeine removal rate is99% or more has been achieved.

- How to enjoy it

① Open
Cut out the perforation at the top of the bag along the arrow.

③ Hang/push
While widening the hook so that the bag's spout is the largest,
Cover the cup in 3 places.
(Please warm the cup beforehand.)

④ Pour
Pour hot water (approximately 200ml) little by little until the cup is full.
After that, let it soak for 20 seconds and then slowly remove it from the cup.

After extraction, pinch the hook part of the bag, cut off the drippings, and throw it away.
Please use sugar and milk according to your preference.
