Barrel-aged Ethiopian flavor

"Barrel-aged" coffee is a special type of coffee where the green coffee beans are aged in whiskey barrels for a certain period of time, allowing them to develop a rich aroma.
When hot, it offers a pleasant bitterness reminiscent of dark chocolate, a brandy aroma, and a complex interplay of flavors from baking spices.
As it cools, you can slowly enjoy the process of it transforming into an elegant, lingering aftertaste reminiscent of tea.

Sarutahiko French cuisine

This dark roast coffee features a vibrant flavor reminiscent of Pinot Noir and a smooth mouthfeel like raw chocolate.
