Based on the distinctive, elegant, tea-like flavor of Geisha coffee, please enjoy comparing the different tastes created by the environment and processing methods of each region.

Peru/Corralpampa Geisha Washed 2025COE#6

~A sweetness reminiscent of ripe fruits like peaches, red grapes, and limes~
This is a washed-process coffee of the Geisha variety, grown on a farm at an altitude of 2,260m in the Andes Mountains.
At higher altitudes, the lower temperatures allow the coffee beans to ripen slowly, resulting in a smooth and flavorful coffee.
Typically, Geisha coffee has flavors reminiscent of flowers, citrus, and black tea, and while this coffee also exhibits floral and black tea notes, the addition of ripe fruitiness from the high-altitude terroir brings out flavors of peach, red grape, and lime.
As it cools, the texture becomes more viscous and the sweetness increases, reminiscent of sugar syrup or hard candy.
Please take this opportunity to try the wonderful flavors produced in this rare terroir.

• Flavor when cooled
The sweetness intensifies, and combined with the texture, it's reminiscent of sugar syrup.

About the farm
Peru is a region where small-scale producers cultivate coffee on the steep slopes of the Andes Mountains. Incahuasi is a coffee-producing area located in a valley, with farms situated at altitudes of 1,700m to 2,500m, making it one of the highest-altitude areas in Peru.
Coral Pampa Farm is run by Elizabeth, who was born into a family of 12 siblings, and she says she learned about coffee from her parents.
As a member of the San Fernando Cooperative, our dedication to refining our production and processing techniques has led to this award.

Colombia / Peñas Blancas Geisha Washed

~A unique flavor profile reminiscent of geisha tea, with hints of lavender and mint.~
Peñas Blancas is a coffee processing plant established by Johan of Las Flores Farm in the Acevedo region, which is home to many small-scale producers.
By specializing in micro-lots using unique processing methods, we are contributing to the improvement and development of coffee quality in the Acevedo region.
The lot we're introducing today is a Geisha variety called "Floral Symphony," produced using a washed process that combines aerobic and anaerobic fermentation.
Enjoy the unique flavors created through a special process that evokes lavender and mint, along with the distinctive notes of Darjeeling tea, chamomile, and honey lemon characteristic of Geisha tea, all in a creamy texture.
Please try.

About the farm
Peñas Blancas is the name of a processing plant established by Johan of Las Flores Farm, which buys and processes cherries from small-scale producers in the Acevedo region.
Small-scale producers often lack their own processing facilities, and despite producing high-quality cherries, they may not be able to fully realize their potential due to a lack of process knowledge and skills.
It was established with the aim of increasing the value of coffee by creating a processing plant with superior processing technology for small-scale producers in the Acevedo region.
