PRODUCT INFO

Description

We'd like to introduce the coffee that won second place in the Washed + Honey category at the 2025 Brazil Cup of Excellence.
This is a wonderful coffee that offers a consistently bright and refreshing taste, regardless of temperature, thanks to the blessed terroir at an altitude of 1,250m.
In addition to its refreshing appeal reminiscent of mandarin oranges and cherries, it also has a very sweet impression, suggesting caramel, almonds, and molasses.
This coffee is especially recommended for those who prefer a refreshing and sweet taste.
Please take this opportunity to try it.

About the farm

Boa Vista is located in the highest elevation plot of the Do Rosario farm, which was established in 1880.
This farm began in 1952 when it was divided among several people.
The farm's name, Boa Vista, means "good view" in Portuguese, and it was named that because of the beautiful view from the farm.
Currently run by brothers Marcelo and Flavio, the coffee shop is improving the quality of its coffee year after year through the introduction of modern and sustainable technologies, the modernization of its facilities and equipment, and the training of its employees.
The high quality of their coffee, resulting from superior techniques and the unique terroir of their farm, was recognized, leading to an excellent second-place finish in the Cup of Excellence in 2025.
They are also committed to environmental protection, including preserving spring water, expanding the vegetation of Atlantic coastal forests along the stream that flows through the property, and establishing a protected area for fruit trees native to Brazil.
