    Sarutahiko Coffee's ideal dark roasted coffee has been through trial and error with the aim of creating the "best everyday cup" that you can drink every day.
    By reconstructing the blend composition and roasting profile, Sarutahiko Coffee has created a dark roast blend that is sweeter, more fragrant, and extremely smooth. Please enjoy Sarutahiko French, an even more powerful version of our signature blend from the beginning.

    At the time of our founding, the Daikichi Blend drip bag was born because many of the regulars at our main store worked in offices and some customers wanted our coffee as a souvenir.
    A well-balanced dark roast. This is a standard blend that aims to create a coffee that is round in texture, easy to drink, and that everyone will find just right.

    -Ebisu City (medium-dark roast)

    This coffee expresses the sophisticated atmosphere of the Ebisu district in Tokyo and the generosity of the adults who live there.
    This is a renewed version of the Ebisu City blend that was available when Sarutahiko Coffee was first founded.
    The term "city roast" in coffee is said to have been named after the degree of roasting that was popular in New York City.
    The concept is "What does city roast mean for the glittering district of Ebisu today?"
