    Description

    This is a decaffeinated coffee made from coffee from Sidama, a high-quality producing region in Ethiopia.

    Decaffeinated coffee made using the water process is said to be highly safe because the green beans do not come into direct contact with any chemicals other than water. The caffeine removal rate is over 99%. Please enjoy the deliciousness that is gentle on the body and that you won't believe is a decaf.

    Decaffeinated coffee by water process
    The raw beans are soaked in water to elute the ingredients in the raw beans, including caffeine, and then removed.
    The liquid from which the ingredients of the green beans have been eluted is filtered to remove the caffeine, then the green beans are returned to the liquid, and the ingredients other than caffeine are returned to the green beans.
    This is how to make decaffeinated coffee using the water process.

    Decaffeinated coffee made using the water process is said to be highly safe because the green beans do not come into direct contact with any chemicals other than water.
    The caffeine removal rate is over 99%.
