PRODUCT INFO

Description

This washed-process lot was produced at the Karamo Station, managed by Mr. Nigse Gemeda, with whom we have had a relationship since winning the COE-winning lot in 2020. It is characterized by its clean, fruity character.
This coffee, made from wild, native coffee beans grown in a cool climate, offers distinct flavors of peach, orange, and black tea, and as it cools, it develops a fruit tea-like character.
This is an Ethiopian washed-process coffee that I'm introducing after a long time.
This coffee is recommended for those who like a refreshing, fruity flavor. Please give it a try!

About the farm

I've known Mr. Niguse Gemeda since I won the bid for his 2020 COE winning lot.
Bensa, a cool, high-altitude region within the Sidama province, famous for its coffee production, became instantly famous after producing winning lots in both 2020 and 2021.
He is now one of the essential producers for Sarutahiko Coffee's coffee.
