Description

- About this charity project product

The Aceh region of Indonesia, where Sarutahiko Coffee purchases its coffee, was hit by a major flood at the end of November 2025, causing significant damage.

The coffee, which was just about to be harvested, was washed away and the plantations suffered devastating damage.
Currently, efforts are being made to restore infrastructure and ensure food supplies for residents, and local victims are continuing to work hard to restore the area.

We are selling this product with the desire to "protect the lives of producers and the future of farms."The full amount of profits from this productDonated to the victimsWe have decided to do so.

We would appreciate your cooperation so that those affected can return to their normal lives as quickly as possible and return to an environment where they can produce excellent coffee.

- Tasting Profile

This coffee is produced by small-scale producers from the cooperative "Libang Gayo Musara" in Aceh Province, Sumatra, with whom we have been working since winning the bid for the 2021 Cup of Excellence winning lot.

By roasting it to a medium-dark roast, you can enjoy the mellow and fragrant impression of brown sugar and roasted green tea, as well as the calm fruity flavor of dark cherry.
The appeal of Indonesian coffee is that it maintains its smoothness even when dark roasted, making it an essential ingredient in Sarutahiko Coffee's blended coffees.
The small-scale producers who belong to Liban Gayo Musala work hard to produce high-quality coffee, and we have been helped by the deliciousness of their coffee.

Through this project, we hope to do whatever we can to help make it possible to make such delicious coffee again.
