Description
This is a washed-process coffee of the Yellow Pacamara variety from Las Delicias, one of the farms owned by the Mierich family, a renowned coffee family in Nicaragua.
The batch we're introducing today boasts a refreshing and sweet flavor reminiscent of orange marmalade and yellow peaches, offering a clean and crisp taste that's characteristic of Pacamara coffee.
The aftertaste, combined with the soft texture, gives the impression of milk caramel.
This coffee is recommended for those who prefer a clean and refreshing taste; please give it a try.

About the farm
The Mierich family, a renowned coffee family in Nicaragua, operates nine farms in Nicaragua and three in Honduras, and their coffee is highly regarded in the Cup of Excellence competitions of both countries.
Las Delicias is a farm that was purchased in 2014 and has a history of winning the Cup of Excellence in 2017 (Javanica variety, washed process), and is well-known for producing high-quality coffee.
Located on a cliff overlooking Lake Apanas, the farm was reportedly difficult to maintain due to its steep slope, but the soil and climate were excellent, and it is now recognized as a farm that produces wonderfully flavored coffee, as its name suggests (Delicias means delicious, wonderful, or joyful in Spanish).
