Description
This washed-process coffee is made from the Geisha variety grown in the top-tier Los Alps plot of Janson Farm, known for its sophisticated quality control and batch production.
The Geisha variety offers a lingering floral flavor reminiscent of jasmine, and as it cools, the sweetness increases, allowing you to enjoy a flavor almost like flower syrup.
This is a truly wonderful lot, offering the distinctive Geisha flavor of the washed process, with notes of peach, bergamot, and a striking peppery spice in the aftertaste.
Please enjoy it.

About the farm
This is a washed-process coffee from the Janson Estate, which is highly regarded worldwide, specifically from the high-altitude Los Alps section of their farm, using the Geisha variety.
The farm was originally purchased in 1926 by Karl Janson, who had moved from Sweden, and the current owner is the third generation.
It's worth noting that they not only focus on the quality of their coffee, but also prioritize sustainability in their production, including providing childcare facilities and utilizing waste as fertilizer.
This particular lot of the Geisha variety has been recognized in various competitions, including Best of Panama, and continues to impress many coffee enthusiasts.
While a favorable terroir is certainly a factor, a key feature is their consistent quality control system, which encompasses everything from green bean production to export, allowing them to consistently produce high-quality coffee year after year.
