Description
Here are the winning lots from the 2025 Peru Cup of Excellence.
This is a lot of Geisha variety coffee, naturally processed.
Peru cultivates coffee in the high altitudes of the Andes Mountains and has been attracting attention in recent years.
This particular lot from the Cebu farm is a very pleasant coffee with a fruity and smooth flavor thanks to the natural process.
It boasts a sweet and refreshing fruitiness reminiscent of black cherry, red apple, and orange, with a lingering caramel-like sweetness.
As it cools, the fruity sweetness becomes more pronounced, allowing you to enjoy a sweetness reminiscent of apple compote.

About the farm
The Cebu farm was established with the aim of revitalizing land that was once used for coffee cultivation, promoting the production of high-value specialty coffee, and fostering sustainable development in the region.
We started cultivating the Geisha variety in 2023.
This farm focuses on two pillars: productivity and quality.
We practice regenerative agriculture, transforming degraded land into farmland using an agroforestry system that utilizes pacae (a leguminous tree) and jacaranda (a tree).
Furthermore, we have installed beehives for native honeybee species, demonstrating our commitment to coffee production that respects biodiversity and the balance of the ecosystem.
