PRODUCT INFO

Description

A collection of small-scale producers cultivating coffee on the slopes of the mountainous region west of Sana'a.
Grown in Yemen's unique terroir, which is cool and dry unlike anywhere else in the world, the Yemeni grape varieties offer a complex and exotic flavor.
It has the sweetness of ripe fruit from a natural process, with notes of cherry, blackberry, and brown sugar.
In addition to those flavors, as the temperature drops, you can also taste a flavor similar to Assam tea.
This is especially recommended for those who prefer the flavor of ripe fruit.
Please try Yemeni coffee, which has long been known and loved as "Mocha."

About the farm

Small-scale producers in Yemen live in mountainous areas isolated from cities.
In addition to growing coffee and other commercial crops, there is a lot of work involved, such as raising livestock and securing water, and many producers have been working in agriculture since they were young.
Yemen's coffee culture is a precious heritage, with many small producers passing on knowledge and traditions for generations.
