PRODUCT INFO

Description

The bite-sized ``Michihiraki Canelé'' is created by Ise Le Bambosh Chef Ryuichi Fukui, who bakes the traditional French canelé into an octagonal shape inspired by Sarutahiko Shrine. The rice used is from Okanda, which was planted during the Ota Festival held at Sarutahiko Shrine in Ise.

The elegant packaging and auspicious nature of this product make it the perfect gift for your superiors.
You can enjoy it even more deliciously by baking it in a toaster oven.

- About collaboration

"Le Bain Boche" is a French restaurant located in the clear Miyagawa River of Ise Grand Shrine. Using fresh local ingredients, Chef Fukui will welcome you with his creative cuisine. Particularly recommended are the wedding dishes at Sarutahiko Shrine, which has a sacred atmosphere, and the original canelé made by Chef Fukui. This canelé, named ``Michihiraki Canelé,'' has a crispy exterior and a chewy interior. It is perfect as a gift or lucky charm, and is the perfect sweet to carry as a lucky charm.
